Restoring your body's health
By Olivia Castronovo
The body. It is an essential part of ourselves. Sometimes different parts of our bodies get injured, after that we may not take care of it how we should. If we don’t keep it healthy, it could lead to further damage in the future. Physiotherapy helps gain back that movement and function when someone is affected by an injury or even an illness and disability. Physiotherapists help patients of all ages to manage pain. There are many different treatments that they use to help you restore that health. Over time, you will start to see the progress being made by these treatments and you will realize how much they helped and how much stronger you have become. I was fortunate enough to watch how the staff at Vitality Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre show how these treatments work and what they do to help your body.
