On The Other Side Of The Screen            By Ella Pegan

With my photo essay, I wanted to show an accurate representation of what it was like to be a student learning from home. I received my sister's permission to follow her around, taking pictures of her, while she was in her Visual Arts class. Her experience doing Visual Arts online has not been ideal. She reaches out to teachers for help when needed but does a lot of independent research for her projects. She feels lucky that she has access to most things she needs in our home, so she doesn't miss out on a huge part of her Visual Arts education. Unfortunately, not every student can say the same.
